Quality Management Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Creation and processing of initial sample test reports Processing and proactive counteracting of customer complaints (information to line managers, PDCA cycle)
  • Initiating and monitoring special measures in the event of complaints
  • Creation of 3D and 8D reports
  • Checking returned goods for errors
  • Close customer contact for questions about samples/complaints/test specifications
  • Planning and carrying out internal and external regular controls (audits)
  • Participation and technical guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy and quality goals
  • Coordination, advice and training of employees in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Informing employees about quality-related data and coordinating measures to improve quality

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering/technician or master craftsman (lateral entrants also possible)
  • Professional experience in quality control/quality assurance
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
